It is great to be with you. Sometmes we are able to see the cause of desire. It starts from the causal realm which manifests on this plane thru thought. That is another reason we watch our thoughts. We observe them. iIt often takes some of the power from them to create more karma for ourselves. We begin to have witnessing consciousness. All happenings here on the physical plane are initiated in the causal world which we can see manifesting in thought.
