where spirits speak and memories meet I listened with my heart and things fell apart a sullen sky reminds me of what i learned alone the more critical the voice the less love we express in lonely afternoons i am confident within the slippery streets i walked led to inspiring place within lie naked in the nite in my shelter where i give words that flow like tears memories that i lived i spoke with a friend who shared my consternation he mirrored my thought and flowed on a river path opened by the spirit flow in the moments glow on the slippery streets the raindrops fall on me from high up in the sky i'm in love with a dream yet i still recall the footsteps in the rain we said good bye that day and then you went away tomorrow has a plan and my faith is in it"s hands i walk the slippery streets with a song awoke my heart nothing stays the same very little still remains but still i walk the beat on those slippery streets spirit always sings it's song and won't leave me alone the secret voice within sings of friends that live in all~are days apart we voice our lonely thoughts the snow will soon be~hear? Hope your enjoying the beach or some other beautiful place that you may visit and see until then i wish you memories filled with joy and peace |
