•   Make money by more education. Or, put your whole heart on your work.
•   List your faults. One week work on one fault – concentrate on the solution only.
•   Really work on being positive about life, the bright side of things.
•   Live by a schedule: plan.
•   Stay in tune with God. Long meditation once a week, 3 to 6 hours.
•   Negative thoughts, moods, fears, anger, vengeance keep us in a state of gloom. Bring in faith, a positive attitude, with cheerfulness. Good things then come to us.
•   When tempted to be moody, patiently, softly, with wisdom, say to yourself “I’d rather think of God…get out! Get out!”
•   Avoid junk food.
•   Avoid stressful movies, TV, music, parties.
•   Avoid wrong company.
•   Avoid arguments, getting in deeper.
•   Do peace and harmony prayer five times a day for others and yourself. Five times a day always works.
•   Study the SRF lessons. Pick out what you are attracted to do.
•   When you are in tune with God He will take care of you.
