Title: In Celebration of the Summer Solstice
Post by: Serena Duvet on Jun 25, 2012 03:26 pm
To see a world in a grain of sand,
and a heaven in a wild flower,
hold infinity in the palm of your hand,
and eternity in an hour.
~ from Auguries of Innocence by William Blake

In honor of the longest day of the year,
the Summer Solstice.

Nomaste Serena

I was happy that we were able to see each other again.
some people make themselves so useful it is difficult to b without them.
I would place you very securely in that category.
I am sorry that some people take advantage of this quality
in others as you have witnessed. I hope to always show an appreciation
for your keen intellect and organizational skills.

As you can see this is 1 of my favorite poems also.
sometime I hope to hear some of his other poems.
happy to see you here......
