Title: Amma: guided meditation before amma gives darshan.

I was always impressed by the guided meditation that is given before Amma
gives darshan. I thought I would try to construct it over the retreat time and
share it here: I

Sit erect keeps spine as straight as possible. close your eyes. let's allow ourselves to be here in this moment with amma. let us be open to the experience of peace and unconditional love. let us now chant  the sacred syllable om three times. let the sound sink deep  onto our heart.
and now as you breathe in feel the strong vibration of ma and when you breathe out focus on the sound om when you breathe out. let's focus on the sound and continue this process for sometime. the deeper we go into ourselves we experience more silence the sound vibration disappears and disolves. You experience an inner expansiveness; a profound peace. Just as a flower opens up to the sun our heart opbens to the universe. and imperturbable peace comes over us.

let us now pray to the divine. oh most compassionate mother of the universe this child is all
alone in this world of darkness. without your guidance and grace I can not live in this world. come to me hold my hand, enter my heart and never leave me alone.

let us now pray for all of the beings of the world.
om lukah samastha sukino bhavantu. ( may all beings be happy)
