I have gone deep into the silence,
yet I hear nothing  :o

Expand your cosciousmess in that silence. Listen to the sound
of om. The technique is given in lesson 30 of the srf lessons.
Amma also teaches it in the I AM technique. When you go deep
you are beginnig to taste the presence of God which comes when
you feel the peace of your body and mind settling down. After feeling
You can go no deeper: then pray to the great spirit behind the grace
that gives you this peace. Ask that you may go deeper into the
presence of this great spirit. remember when you need advice for your health u
 go to a physical doctor when you need .advice for your spiritual life u can go to a
 spiritual doctor

it is interesting to me that some people see things some people feel
thimgs and some people hear things and some people have different
experiemces at differemt times in their lives.

sometimes spirit manifests thru out side conditions and people sometimes
thru inside situations and conditions. we cannot always expect a response
in the way that we determine. We must realize that this creation was
set up to perpetuate itself.  if everyone that sought to transcend it were rewarded
immediately their would be many more people willing to do the work.
finding spirit and God is a commitment that tranlates into life times till we find
ultimate liberation.  but for those who are persistemt..... God plays hide and seek
with his devotees until we find ultimate liberation. eventually we will receive the proof that we need that strengthens our faith solidly.
