But by holding on to those we make ourselves prisoners to them, holding us back from all that we can achieve and accomplish in life. Forgiveness is unlocking the door to set someone free and realizing YOU were the prisoner. Once we truly learn to forgive ourselves for our transgressions, omissions and commissions, forgiving others almost becomes automatic. 8) :)
