God. God is our 'life-saver / life raft' out of the ocean-mire of suffering. the more suffering....all the more we hold our hand out to God.....all the more we call out to God....all the more God reaches for us... Psychological suffering occurs as a result of the resistance in letting go of our cherished ideas surrounding others. Physical suffering is part of a warning system that helps us understand where are attitudes have gone wrong but it is also a condition of living and life. The Buddha explained that life is suffering that is why he helped us find the solution to suffering and a way out. Thanks for the inspiration Yoshi just thought i would add a little bit to yours. What a day yesterday! LOL First I had a Shaistu/Message think i might be hooked on it!! ;D That was pretty awesome! Then right after I had a Reiki session with my orginal Reiki Instructor/Life Coach! The reason why i said that was Wild was there was a dark energy force that entered the room the room got fricken cold and whatever it was latched on to me for about 5 or so minutes it was wild! I kept hearing Taylor Swift's song Speak Now during the session and when that force came in I heard the word speak now and it latched on to my upper body almost like a psychic attack i started to get frustrated, and i could not move. I felt trapped and like i wanted to get outta there super uncomfortable it was like it was forcing me to deal with it! I did not like that feeling! My shoulder, stomach, throat was hot even during Shaistu it was! |
