(((still, VERY grateful for friendship. feels like i haven't lost, *to much* but still- curious. perhaps, not just for me))) the hardest thing in life is to let go to accept that there is nothing we can do. when we are insulted we will not be affected because we know we are not that person we are free what is the point of reacting? forgive; the past is gone. Amma Fantastic message! When we are insulted, we will not be affected because we know we are not that person... Yes, I have experienced this in a personal relationship. And when such a thing happens, all I can do is pray for that persons well being. That some type of clarity is brought about. Sometimes distancing ourselves is the appropriate response. We can not force others to see something other than what they see. But we can apply forgiveness... kindness.
