Now with every in going breath let us feel the strong vibration of the sound 'Ma'. And with every outgoing breath focus on the vibration of the sound 'om'. continue the practice for some time. Slowly as we go deep into the sound, the sound culminates with a deep stillness and profound peace. Let us now pray to mother; Oh most compassionate mother please don't let me fall down take me in your arms. (i will write more as i get more to write.) Ending with; om lukah samastha sukinu bhavantu.

2. Think about every part of your body from feet to head. relax one by one. 3. Breath consciously. While inhaling feel the coolness of the inhaling breath at the nostrils. While exhaling feel the warmth of the breath. 4. While inhaling imagine the cosmic energy is flowing in you. While exhaling; exhale inpurities, laziness, darkness, and negativity. These qualities are going out thru the exhaling breath. 5. Exhale and inhale 9 times and feel the purification. Use the full capacity of your lungs. Feel the movements of your chest. 6. Exhale and inhale nine more times. Breathe consciously and deeply. Imagine the sound Ma as you inhale and Om as you exhale. Imagine the sound Ma Om with deep breathing. 7. Become aware of your body. Bring this energy from all parts of your body to the point between the eyebrows. Visualize the light becoming larger and larger. You dissolve in that light. Take a deep breath and chant 'om' 8. Take a deep breath and chant oooooooommmmm. Think; 'i am not the body, the mind or intellect. i am the supreme consciousness. At the bottom of your spine is the kundalini shakti exists. Enter that energy by repeating oooooommmmm. Imagine that the kundalini rises up thru the spine and up to the head. Take a deep breath chant oooooooommmmm. Again bring the energy up to the thousand petaled lotus in the head. Chant oooommmmm. Shakti is the abode of Lord Shiva. Feel the the explosion of energy where the light of a million Suns comes together. Feel the the coolness of the flow of nectar from the head. Feel the flow of nector all over your body. Chant Shio Shiva. i am that supreme Shiva consciousness. Repeat ooooommmmm very loud and enjoy the beauty of silence. Silence is the language of the soul. Take a deep breath and chant oooooommmm. This one helps while I practice a mantra. It helps because there are so many ways to practice a mantra and the mind finds so many ways to not practice. |
