Use soup and salad as the base for your evening meal. Don’t overeat at night – this saps energy you need at night to meditate

Mark and copy passages in Master’s writings or in the Spiritual Diary that hit the nail on the head – then read them before you meditate. All the renunciants do this.

Don’t let your years go by with sluggish meditations.

Do the Energizing Exercises two or more times a day – it will become a habit to draw energy into the body.

As you chant, be ahead of the words with your visualization -  be ahead, don’t lag behind.

Be enthusiastic – be aware of the techniques you do every minute.
