I hope you know the spiritual and health benefits of ostrich eggs. They are rich in amino acids and omega 3. Also a good source of fiber! Eat them for evening snacks morning scrambled eggs, or egg salad sandwiches for the little ones and their school lunches! Ostriches are considered one of the most spiritual of all animals since they run so fast from their predators. They live to a ripe old age gaining spiritual wisdom in all their wondering. Can you run with such skill? They deserve credit! All this in your food. One for all. All for one. All for the ostrich!!!
