close the eyes and place an image in kutastha or third eye. sometimes i place the image of a Loved one in kutastha.....sometimes i place an image of God.... what does God look like ? i would guess His/Her image differs from person to person. i used the image of the God depicted in Michael Angelo's sisteen chapel painting 'the hand of God reaching for Adam'........ God is constantly 'with' us......He knows our intent...so when we intend to put Him in Kutastha...He will come. God helps each in a unique way. In is very personal yet something that others can benefit from. All of us have something to share in our practices.
