Title: What are we entertaining in our mind? Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Feb 28, 2011 09:53 am Have you asked the question;Who am I or How did we get here? or why? Then you are wondering about life like many of us. It is surprising though how many people do not entertain such questions. Are we using our mind or is our mind using us?
What are we entertaining in our mind? i ask myself who is keeping company with me both internally and externally? What thoughts do we allow ourselves to have as company and what people do we allow ourselves to have as company? They both affect our spiritual or non-spiritual life. When we allow the mind to use us we go through suffering and sorrow. Our thoughts are with us all the time. They are not us but they are with us and create our reality. Am i on automatic pilot or am i observing the very thing that is creating my reality? What are you thinking? i used to ask that question of friends when i was a teenager.
