Ha Ha breathing. Breathe out through the mouth and in through the nose. This relives residual tension in the muscles and quiets the breath which in turn quiets the mind. After breathing in, tense the body and then relax as you double breath out. Finally take a long breath in and out and hold the breath out till it naturally resumes then start a mantra. Jitendra |
