Title: Meditation in the presence of a Master Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Apr 13, 2026 03:33 pm Since being here at Amma’s ashram in Kerala India i can definitely say that my afternoons spent with Amma in meditation are the highlights of my day. I make a special effort to be in her presence while she leads a guided meditation most afternoons when she is here. It almost always brings me into an inner chamber of being of peace and insolation from worldly distractions and restlessness. |
