And be here and now. Chant Om three times. As we chant Om, feel the vibration deep within you. Take deep breath and chant Om 3 times. Feel the vibration of the mantra deep in each and every cell of your body. Focus on your breath. Breath normally. Be aware of every inhalation and exhalation. Not a single moment should pass without your awareness. Mentally chant the mantra; Ma Om. Ma as you breath in and Om as you breath out. Feel the vibration of the Mantra.
