Title: Don’t Stress over what you can’t control
Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Dec 22, 2025 03:02 am
MAINTAINING INNER PEACE

.Uncontrolled mental activity quietly drains our well-being. To protect inner balance, we must cultivate calmness and release attachment to outcomes we cannot influence. Peace is not found in controlling the external—it begins by shaping the way we hold our own mind.

.Stress often grows when we wrestle with what lies beyond our reach. By consciously letting go of external struggles, we conserve our energy and redirect it inward, where clarity and strength naturally arise. In this shift, our focus returns to what matters most: our inner state.

.Practice this: the next time you feel overwhelmed, pause and take three slow breaths. With each exhale, release thoughts of what you cannot control. Anchor yourself in the present moment, affirming your ability to remain steady and calm, even in uncertainty.  :)

Sometimes ive stressed myself attempting to understand others and recognizing what they meant or have done.... when suddenly i recognize; i may need them and their services. At that point i recognize it is not so important what they mean or have done but rather it is more  important that i'm happy and content with my atttitude towards them and my own actions regarding them and that my happiness is not affected by their responsess and actions.
