Seeing it in the face and eyes

It is an important feature I’ve noticed over the years that people who’ve experienced pain in relationships that do not let it go and have not found something to learn from it, carry that pain with rigid face features. And likewise the eyes being windows of the soul, show a brightness in spirit or a lingering darkness if after years they have followed the wrong direction emotionally speaking.
