Thanks Goldwolf, Charmed, Into Blue, Comet, Blue Nova and Live to Learn. i will not forget this. i am no longer walking like Captain Hook. i am very grateful that my leg seems to still be able to recover even though this has been an on going, on and off thing for the last year. i think i might have to be more careful about the difficult yoga postures i practice and gracefully move into the golden years. But suprisingly i have seen things i do not usually see because i have had to slow down in my walking pace. i also am learning a little more compassion for those with health problems.
