i wondered if Amor sent out some of his remote view healing with reiki. Because while i am still stiff in the right knee and leg the pain has gone away. So i thank you for your kind thoughts and prayers girls. It seems i'm going to have to be a little bit more easy on this body of mine. i used to like to whip it in place but it seems to whip back now. Those long back bends to the floor and pretzel poses will have to be curbed in preference to walking!

It reminds me of a story about Paramahansa Yogananda: One of the Brothers was with him in the last years when he was in a wheel chair and working off some of the karma of his disciples as Master's often do. The Brother thought to himself: He is in so much pain but yet i am here in so much bliss just being in his presence. It makes one feel guilty. (Just think my friends just imagine being in the presence of a Amma or a Paramahansa Yogananda. You instantly start feeling good. Maybe even a little bliss and love too!) Picking up on the Brothers thoughts he said: "Don't worry you'll get yours" i suppose we all need to find the best way to gracefully move towards the golden years. We all have the spring summer and fall of our lives and then the long winter untill we are back in mothers arms again. The seasons are beautiful but i'd rather just come back for a visit and to help others rather that be compelled by the desire to see it again.

Love you so much for your dear thoughts and prayers. Now i have some reading to catch up with... so many wonderful people to get to know and hopefully meet some day!
