Eric, that's a good quick routine, nitric oxide is beneficial to vessels which among many other things, take nutrients to muscles, that's a known fact.

SRF's energization exercises also involve a stimulus to circulation and nitric oxide among other things, although they are longer and they stimulate prana as well.

Right now I do resistance exercises (weightlifting), some stretching (that yoga) SRF exercises but in a sparse fashion, having little time. I hope I can resume aerobic exercise as well.

Scientific literature surprisingly says that exercise is the single most potent factor which prevents brain degeneration with age.
