Regardless if the Sun tilts towards the zodiac or the Sun actually moves with its planets around a ‘dual’ we still have the social phenomena of the procession. And that social factor is not taking place around some center of our galaxy but rather our local movement in a 24 to 26 thousand years which takes us around the zodiac signs; not around the galaxy.

However; how would the earths tilt and wobble affect such a phenomena? And how much more would be influenced by such a phenomena if our sun and solar system actually rotate around certain vibrational frequencies, that influence there outcome and social milieu of the times.
