Thank you, Jitendraji. I haven't yet signed up for the lessons, and to be honest, am not sure that I will. I have some physical difficulties which I feel would prevent me from following Paramhansaji's teachings to the letter. (I have thought about it many times, though.) I'd be interested in hearing whether there are any experiences of devotees with mobility issues/balance problems and the Energization Exercises around.

Into Blue- yes, how very perceptive of you. It is a painting of Paramhansaji doing just that (blessing a group of SRF devotees.)
