Thanks Steve, for the beautiful reminder. How easy it is to forget our spiritual self, and as you've said, we're called to act. To find harmony with our material self while acting from a place that we may call our souls desire(to know God, be with God). There's a delicate balance and sometimes the 'hurt-filled' introspection serves at least as a way to wake us up to how we wish to act and how we wish to treat ourselves and others. I've called it Spiritual Amnesia- but I believe the dance with the material world is just as sacred as the dance with our eternal one. I hope to find harmony in their sweet love making.
