Diversity amidst Distraction

One thing I find very helpful about the Self-Realization Fellowship meditation techniques and the techniques I have learned from Amma are the diverse things the two groups have to offer. Offered are  listening, visualization, physical work outs, mental exercises, observational exercises and suggestions for living in vast readings. The mind and body often needs various approaches as they both vacillate from different moods, physical capabilities and feelings. That is my need for this site as well because Eric (administrator here) and others come here and add so many different ideas and helpful suggestions for spiritual, physical and social growth  and understanding.
