Since you are bringing up the subject Eric and continue to support the brutality of this man and his administration i have no choice but to verify the facts. This man (Donald Trump) is nothing less then one of the most shameful human beings that ever walked this planet and is and will be the death of many more people then ever died in wars if he is allowed to stay in office and his team of cut throats. The thread is related because we are talking about the awful abuse of power which is a similar theme in both so called leaders. The only difference is that Trump and his team and supporters are agreeing to the death of not only many people but possibly all of civilization-if he is not removed from office-so in this sense like the people that supported years of oppression to the black man during the civil war..... people who support Trump and his team are supporting years to come of oppression and brutality and possible the end of civilization as we know it.
The United States is now going thru a period similar to the civil war in which brother fought against brother over the issue of slavery and if need be i will also fight against this administration and all the people that support it. Some forms of brutality cannot be ignored. There were people who supported slavery and because of their insensitivity they prolonged decades of suffering. They had to be stopped despite the fact they wanted to peacefully continue a practice which was unacceptable to human and spiritual values. Despite the fact that they were given the right to say as they wish without consequence. Saying as you wish- a freedom of speech- is one thing but doing as u wish is something entirely different. And that is exactly what Trump and his supporters and his administration are DOING.
You cannot criticize the policies of other nations and ignore the shameful treatment of your own and that is what you choose to do. In fact you have even supported this poor excuse of a man and his administration.
Presently other countries are very sorry for Americans and feel the shame we do for having such a so called leader but in the future other countries may have no choice to fight us for their very survival. You cannot stand by and watch the main destroyer of the environment and climate continue without eventual consequences. A deflection of the role of the Trump team and its supporters in a diversionary tactic from the destruction we are consciously doing to the environment to the small role that the North Korean leader is playing in international politics is a hypocrisy.
