It is then our spiritual responsibility to be kind even though we may not be able to be the same lover or friend we once were able to be for someone.

Hey good Counter question. Sometimes we may feel o.k.
about ourselves but we come into contact with others that have quite different values and we have to recognize
that our own views may be quite different. This takes awareness and recognition so our actions are not at cross purposes.
