In silence and stillness, I find peace.

“A human being is a part of a whole, called by us “universe”, a part limited in time and space.

He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest…

a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us,

restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us.

Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion

to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.”

~ Albert Einstein

it was from this state of consciousness he was able to come up with
concepts that broaden our view of spirituality .
we are  part of a much larger  whole.
knowing this we seek  to put it in practice in every moment of our existence.
this requires us to elevate our own consciousness .
so the question would be: how do we make such statements
a living reality in our lives?

I think that acts of service to others and acting from compassion are great indictors of conscience.
