I remember Brother Turiyananda telling me at the Lakse Shrine…. That some days he would practice the energization exercises three times. It inspired me to practice them regularly with few exceptions. Sometimes when I think maybe I’ll skip them today, because my day is so full of activities, I practice them again before sleeping and meditating because I was fortunate to spend time with Brother Turiyananda who had tremendous will power.
