good question ! I speak to my spiritual guides all the time.

I know it is them and not me as the replies are not from me

you hear delusions ? often ?

Usually i just hear my own thoughts. i do believe that God can reason and speak through our thoughts though. i hear phrases and songs sometimes. i also believe that God can speak through others. Sometimes just the right words are spoken that are pertinent to current conditions. Sometimes others 'hear' much more. i often wonder about it especially when the voices they hear involve me.
