Sometimes it is difficult to make much or any progress around the inundating intrusion of the hustle and bustle of people. It is best if we can find some solitude in the woods, by a stream, river or lake.

I used to drive a truck for a living so I had to find a rest area where there was some peace away from the Highway as far as I could walk or park. And, whenever I got a couple days off; I would go to a group meditation or drive to the ocean or some other nature area in the vacinity.
